We are looking for an enthusiastic and competitive Shop Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Shop Assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.
 

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Maintain a fully stocked store
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs
• Welcome and greet customers
• Handle payments
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Follow all companies’ policies and procedures

Qualifications & Skills 

• Proven working experience in retail sales
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English, Spanish, Papiamentu, and Dutch
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service focus
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
• Basic administration skills

Landhuis Chobolobo, home of the world-famous Curaçao Liqueur, is looking for a friendly and flexible team member to join us as a Tour Guide & Bartender. In this versatile role, you’ll guide international visitors through our historic distillery and serve delicious cocktails and drinks in our café.

Your Role

• Lead guided tours in Dutch, English, and Spanish

• Make / Serve drinks and snacks to guests

• Share the story of our liqueurs and help visitors choose products

• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment

• Handle basic cash register and administrative tasks

Who You Are

• Experienced in hospitality (bar, restaurant, tours or events)

• Service-minded, sociable, and enjoy working with tourists

• Fluent in Dutch, English, and Spanish

• Presentable, energetic, and a true team player

• Flexible with availability, including weekends and holidays

• Passionate about Curaçao’s culture and history
